"Good" and "Correct" are not the same things. Being a good manager does not mean being a correct person. The description of the position, sector and the need of the leadership model, define the meaning of "correct". The correct elements of being a brand strategist are understanding the sector's dynamics, seeing the big picture, being result oriented, believing the team, educate it and not being demoralized. Being a correct brand strategist is seeing the brand as a delicate art piece in the hand of glass master who knows how to shape it. Thus, Hakan Senbir is the good and correct brand strategist.

It’s been like 10 years or more since I met Hakan Senbir. Back then, I was working as EVP of Disbank (later Fortis) and was in charge of corporate and marketing communications. We as NAS Holding made a strategy workshop with the leadership of Mr. Hakan Senbir. The goal was to define the future of Baku Electronics which is one of the subsidiaries in Azerbaijan. Bu the end of two days we defined our future strategy in consumer electronics, white and braun goods. Thus, we have been opening our new stores according to these results. Store designs, merchandising and all other key topics are redesigned on the basis of this workshop. We are truly satisfied with the guidance of Mr. Hakan Senbir.

Hakan Senbir has created the strategy model of The Sales Machine Istanbul as he named it 9-to-Goal. The Sales Machine Istanbul has won countless new business pitches with this strategy model. He also successfully trained our agency's team. One of his best work for The Sales Machine Istanbul is KOCFEST pitch. Not only he directed the agency team but he also write the strategy and creative concept and finally The Sales Machine Istanbul won the KOCFEST pitch.
